Meredith Coleman is the owner and Executive Chef of Memes Twisted Potato. With a deep passion for vegan cuisine, Meredith brings comfort food to life in a new and exciting way. Growing up in a family where food was at the center of love and tradition, her culinary journey was inspired by her mother and grandmother, who taught her the art of simple yet flavorful cooking.

Meredith’s culinary career began over 12 years ago, working in various kitchens and refining her skills. She has always believed that food should bring joy and comfort, which led her to create Memes Twisted Potato — a fully vegan restaurant that combines Southern comfort food with modern twists.

Before opening her restaurant, Meredith worked in multiple renowned kitchens, gaining experience in a wide range of cuisines. Her dedication to creating delicious, plant-based dishes was inspired by her love for fresh, local ingredients, many of which are sourced from local farmers or her own garden.

While Meredith appreciates the complexity of high-end culinary techniques, she finds true happiness in preparing simple, hearty, and flavorful meals. She believes the key to creating a memorable dining experience lies in the little touches and the perfect balance of flavors.
